I had a terrible experience with Jeff and ultimately had to switch agents. I found him to be very forceful in trying to get his way, despite my concerns and how I felt throughout the process. In my opinion, his approach was not professional, and I did not feel that my best interests were being taken into consideration.

Jeff was amazing!  He made the process so easy.  His construction and carpentry background was very useful and made me feel confident in my purchase.  The 360 photos that he took allowed my son and daughter-in-law to tour the house while being out of state. He was attentive and acted swiftly when providing comparable properties that were used to establish value and his knowledge of the market allowed me to feel comfortable when submitting my offer. Jeff was friendly, professional, and explained every step of the process. He is extremely smart and knowledgeable.  I HIGHLY recommend Jeff.   You won't be disappointed! We found Jeff on Zillow and he was quite the find! Personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He accompanied us to most open houses. If he could not make it, we discussed each in detail afterward to get his input and insight. He also listened to our feedback so that he could steer us toward homes we might like. He arranged for us to see many homes when we asked even if it were the last minute- which was particularly important in the tough seller's market we were in. His contractor experience was a definite plus as he gave us insight only someone in construction would be able to. Jeff also knows the ins and outs of the bidding process, facilitating the new and scary process for us. He is patient and kind, not pushy or aggressive. And Jeff is very in tune with the neighborhoods we were looking at. He also responded to our every text, phone call and email quickly and in simple terms. Jeff was amazing from beginning to end. He took the time necessary to make sure the house I was selling was ready and set up to get the best possible price. When it came to find my new house he took the time to make sure that not only I found a house but one that not only I would be happy in but my kids as well. He was patient very thorough and his knowledge was over and above anything I could have hoped for. Jeff Stengel is an Outstanding Realtor!  Very knowledgeable with neighborhood sales & marketing values. Especially helpful!  Jeff did some spackling & painting in preparation for open house. He has many contacts he utilizes for assistance from Town Hall to replacing a garage door.  He will research to find answers to any and all questions while updating you throughout the process.
